Excellent quality reproduction U.S. WW2 M1916 Colt 1911 .45 Holster in premium drum dyed leather. Marked JT&L 1942. Heavy drum dyed Leather perfectly formed to duplicate the original M1916 .45 Auto Pistol Hip Holster of WW2 Fame. Deep brown color as pictured (the black holsters were not produced until the mid 1950's) Large "U.S." embossed on the holster flap, brass flap stud, copper securing rivets, brass belt hanger. Complete with leg strap. Perfect tight fit that will mold to your weapon after a breaking in period, just like a good pair of boots!
