Suzanna shouted to Alexander, â€œI can take care of myself, Sir!â€ Alexander interrupted and said quietly, â€œYes Suzanna, you have done well, Ezra told me of all the misfortunes that you have had. First losing your mother and then your little brother. I am truly sorry to hear of your loss. You have done exceptionally well, however, you still must heed my advice.â€ As Alexander gazed down into Suzannaâ€™s face, her chin wobbled slightly and those beautiful blue eyes once again filled with tears. He pulled Suzanna into his embrace, her head falling against his chest like that of a wilted flower. He then felt Suzannaâ€™s body shake with wrenching sobs. He started rubbing his hands over her shoulders and pulled her closer into the warmth of his body. She felt so fragile and small. Alexander knew that Suzanna was a very strong woman, even if she was a weeping bundle in his arms at the present.

As Alexander continued those soothing motions on Suzannaâ€™s back he also noticed the feminine curves of Suzannaâ€™s body pressed to his. He bent his head further and began to place feather soft kisses near her ear and down her neck. He stiffened and raised his head, as he began to think about just whom he was holding and kissing. Suzannaâ€™s warm, feminine body was so soft and comforting to him and it put thoughts of this ugly war to the back of his mind. Alexanderâ€™s hands once again began a slow rubbing motion up and down Suzannaâ€™s back and he bent his head once again to her cheek. He kissed her lightly, he realized that just wasnâ€™t enough and then slid his lips directly over Suzannaâ€™s and began to take small nipping kisses from those soft full lips. Suzanna shuddered and sighed and put both arms around him, pulling him closer to her. That was all the encouragement Alexanderâ€™s fogged mind needed. He deepened the kiss and slowly pushed his tongue into her warm, moist mouth to find and dance with her tongue.

Suzannaâ€™s mouth was so inviting and suddenly Alexander felt the light but hesitant touch of her tongue to his. He groaned inwardly, her actions made Alexander tremble and then he pulled and slightly lifted Suzanna, so that their hips were tight against each other.
