Ras el Hanout is often translated as "top of the shop," and refers to a tradition of shopkeepers mixing their own proprietary spice blends, which could include anywhere from 10 to 100 ingredients. Our Ras El Hanout incorporates our uncompromisingly sourced dried chiles and sea salt, along with an intriguing mix of ground spices, including such exotic flavors as galangal and fenugreek.
