Rear Wiper Arm with Blade Fit For 2008-2015 Dodge Grand Caravan 2008-2009 Chrysler Town And Country
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE:Perfectly Replacement for 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan. who reported that it doesn't fit have likely not carefully removed the original Dodge threaded washer from the wiper motor. This is in addition to the original nut that needs to be removed. It took me a while to figure it out but it's all good now.

Make sure all plastic/metal is removed from the wiper motor shaft or the new arm will not fit!! How to solve the question when you find the "hole is small ? 1 VP customer told: The hole is smaller than the original one and it can't be put in,Looks like an exact replacement. Used a nutcracker/splitter to remove old sleeve from shaft of wiper motor. Easy installation after sleeve removed. A replacement nut and a dab of antiseize would have improve ease of installation".
2 VP customer told: Just received this replacement arm and had to do a bunch of digging around to figure out how to make it work. The hole that slides over the shaft is smaller than the original because the shaft on my vehicle had a knobby collar pushed onto it that the original arm hole fit over. Apparently there is/was a design change and this collar must be removed to make this new replacement arm work. After reading through Dodge forums I found someone with the same issue who said he used a hack saw or a dremmel to cut the sleeve, top and bottom, and it came off in two pieces. I gave it a try and it worked like a charm. After, the new arm fit perfectly and I just had to tighten up the nut.
