Miso Master Organic Chickpea Miso is the ideal option for those on a soy-free diet. As light, short-term miso, chickpea also has a lower sodium content than most darker miso, and is a healthier way to add flavor to any dish.
Perfect for miso soup, or use as a seasoning in your favorite dishes such as stir-fry, glazes, salad dressings and marinades. Excellent on roasted veggies, tofu and meats.
Made without the use of fermentation accelerants or preservatives. We allow our miso to age naturally, without the use of yeast (affects flavor) or high-heat (harms probiotic bacteria), so you can enjoy naturally developed umami flavor!
Miso is incredibly versatile and can be added to baked goods and desserts as well as used to season marinara sauce, stews, or sip like a tea for a warm comforting cup of miso broth.
