Ideal as a break in lubricant. Non-flammable. Reduces torque. No-silicone. Prevents galling. Greaseless lubricant. Strong surface tension. Designed for: as a surface prep moly based spray for reducing torque on assemblies requiring a dry film lubricant in place of an anti-seize or grease lubricant. Quick penetrating fluid, dries quickly leaving behind the micro sized moly particles working as a dissimilar material to aid in assembly or disassembly. Recommended lubrication:agitation needed to mix the product, shake the can for two minutes prior to spraying. Holding the can 6" from the surface needing coverage, press down the tip and allow the cone spray pattern of moly to dispense evenly on the surface covering all exposed metal areas. For additional coverage or insurance, you can spray again to build up the moly thickness to enhance the performance. Not recommended for: oxygen service. VOC content, g/liter: 380. Service rating: -300 degree F (-184 degree C) to 750 degree F (399 degree C). Personal precautions: wear gloves and protective overalls. Environmental precautions: do not allow it to enter drains. Spillage: scrape up bulk, then wipe up remainder with cloth. To prevent walking hazard, pick up remaining residue with diatomaceous earth. Handling: no special handling precautions necessary. Storage: do not store at elevated temperatures. Main hazards-health effects: eyes: may cause irritation. Inhalation: viscous nature may block breathing passages if inhaled. Ingestion: may cause diarrhea. Skin: for hypersensitive persons, may irritate the skin after prolonged periods of contact. Respiratory protection: none needed in well ventilated areas. Hand protection: protective gloves for hypersensitive persons. Eye protection: glasses, if applied to parts in motion. Body protection: overalls. Eco-certified.
