TotalPass Small Business Premium - Proximity Starts With 50 Employee Capacity – Wi-Fi Enabled TotalPass Proximity is a premium employee time and attendance system that gives business owners an effective tool to manage payroll costs and optimize performance. TotalPass is self-contained, technologically-advanced, and easily scalable for a growing small business. With TotalPass, all software is completely built in to the device; there is nothing to install, and most importantly there is never a monthly fee. TotalPass can accommodate up to 50 employees (expandable to 500) and 32 proximity child time clocks connected and managed over your Network, or with Wi-Fi. The TotalPass time clock is Wi-Fi enabled and instantly detects Wi-Fi networks as the clock boots up, allowing connection with any Wi-Fi network within seconds. TotalPass software report options are simple to run and modify, and integrate seamlessly with payroll services including: SurePayroll, Paychex Flex, Paychex Preview, Paycom and QuickBooks and ADP desktop software. Five Web Punch Entry Licenses are included with the time clock, with up to 50 available, which allows remote employees to clock IN/OUT over the web from their PC, smart phone or Web-enabled device.
