DIRECTIONS:
To Replace or Restore a Cavity Filling
1. Wash the cavity area with warm water.
2. Scoop a small amount of filling from the jar, and roll into a ball between fingers.
3. Slightly overfill the cavity with the filling and tamp into place with a cotton swab moistened in water.
4. Close your teeth together, as if you were biting down on a piece of paper, and chew or grind a couple times to create a comfortable bite.
5. Use a moist cotton swab to remove excess from around the area. Moisture will accelerate the set.
6. The filling will set softly in your mouth within a few minutes, but avoid chewing on the repair for 2-3 hours to allow the material to fully set.

To Repair a Loose Cap or Crown
1. Wash the cavity area with warm water and leave moist
2. Fit the crown or loos cap on the tooth before applying the cement
3. Place a small amount of cement inside edge of the loose cap or crown
4. Place loose cap or crown on wet tooth and press firmly
5. Bite down several times to insure proper fit
6. Remove any excess cement and rinse out mouth well with water
7. Allow at least 2 hours to set before eating or drinking
