Code-named Kate by the Allies, the Nakajima B5N was the standard torpedo bomber of the Imperial Japanese Navy for much of World War II. The aircraft operated throughout the war, achieving particular success at the battles of Pearl Harbor, Coral Sea, Midway, and Santa Cruz Islands. Approximately 1,150 were built, but not a single complete example survived the war. Highly detailed model kit includes waterslide decals and illustrated instructions.
