This Gluten Free sourdough bread starter is very lively and active once activated. ' We have experimented heavily with this starter. We have activated quite a few with different types of gluten free flour and all have been very successful. Consider this a blank slate.
Our gluten free starter contains: Sorghum flour and rice flour. This gluten free starter is made in a facility that also processes wheat and dairy. We do try to take every precaution as to not contaminate the culture.
