- EFFECTIVELY REMOVES HARD WATER SPOTS – Hard water spots are caused by high TDS (calcite) in the water. When water passes through the resin, TDS (total dissolved solids) are removed. Each system (3 cartridges together) will remove at least 45 gram of magnesium or 72 gram of calcium before you need to replace the resin. When the resin in the cartridges is used up, it’ll turn an amber color.
- BYPASS VALVE FOR CONVENIENCE – Pointing the bypass valve away from the filter, you can use your existing hose sprayer to wash and clean your vehicle with no need to change water source or set-up. When it is time to rinse, just turn the bypass valve pointing to the filter, you will be able to coating spray with TDS free water.
- MORE AND BETTER RESIN FOR FASTER RINSE – With 50% more DI resin volume, you get higher water flow. The resin capacity is known to be 70% better than that of a CR Spotless system. You can use it faster and longer with less cost base. NOTE: while bypass water flow is uninterrupted, filter water flow is regulated at between 1.5 to 2 GPM to maximize TDS removal. The deionized spot-free car wash system includes a triple unit with mounting bracket and cartridge, DI resin, plumber's tape, wrench, fittings, valves and clear instructions. It is easy to assemble. It is normal to have small piece of paint off on the bracket.
