- Use the patented Turn-A-Round feature to add the 1/2 inch seam allowance.
- Use the white 45 degree angle to trim half-square triangles in whole inch increments. Use the black 45 degree angle to trim half-square triangles in half inch increments.

This 4 1/2" x 12 1/2" rectangle features easy-to-read black and white markings printed in 1" grids marked in 1/8" and 1/4" increments. Our exclusive embedded gripper dots hold the fabric while cutting when pressure is applied. The patented Turn-A-Round feature - which adds the 1/2" seam allowance - is incorporated into each ruler. Turn the ruler around to cut whole inches. Angles of 30Â°, 45Â°, 60Â° and 90Â° are printed in white. Horizontal and vertical lines are printed on the rectangle so the center of the ruler is easily distinguishable. Dashed lines are printed 1/4" away from two adjoining edges to aid in trimming seam allowances.
