Once child has written their story, they send it in & in 2-3 weeks they get a REAL BOOK back! We pay to ship back to the new author (in continental U.S.) We also include an encouraging hand written letter to child complimenting their efforts to help build self esteem.
- Bound in choice of color with title printed in beautiful gold foil! Additional Options Available: Glossy color copy cover using your child's illustrated page of THIER exact artwork (not a stock cover, but exactly what they have designed). We can also make additional copies of the book for friends & family – do an extra one for them to read to their own children one day! See sample views to get an idea of the possibilities.
- Contents: The kit comes in a reusable faux portfolio box which includes 25 preprinted pages- 20 with illustration frame for child's drawing & room below for story to be written or typed, 2 title pages & 2 about the author pages (an extra in case of error), 2 blank pages (if glossy color copy cover option is chosen) & one "the end" page along with the prepaid coupon for binding mentioned above.
- There is no limit on words or text as we will bind what is written on the page. (The ACTUAL pages that you send in are bound into the book). Child can hand print story directly onto page preserving their cute handwriting or you can type into computer & feed through your home printer. No special program is needed! You could even use a typewriter (remember those?) for a cool “old world” effect.
