All lengths of Bessey IBeam clamps provide up to 7000 lbs. of clamping force and include the following standard specifications: 2" throat depth; 1-3/4" jaw width; 1-3/8" bar width; and 7/16" bar thickness.
Steel, nickel-plated IBeam design provides exceptional strength over large distances without bending or twisting.
Cast iron sliding clamp jaw contains 5 clutch plates that allow it to move smoothly along the rail, while still holding its position under pressure.
Fixed end jaw has a 3/4" acme-threaded screw and large, easy-to-grip handle for quickly setting the clamp jaws while providing control over the pressure being applied.
Bessey I-Beam bar clamps are perfect for gluing up large panels and table tops, while minimizing deflection and the resultant panel bowing. Each clamp features an I-beam bar made from heavy-duty nickel-plated steel for exceptional strength, very little deflection and resistance to corrosion. The cast iron sliding head employs four clutch plates that firmly grip the bar stock. The cast iron clamping head features an Acme threaded screw with a large, sturdy handle that generates plenty of clamping force. All castings are powder-coated for corrosion-resistance and durability.
