- Compatibility and Accessories: The Anderic FAN35T remote is compatible with FAN-28R, FAN30R, FAN-30R, and UC7067FMRX receivers. This product includes the remote and a wall mount bracket, but the receiver is not included. If you require a universal receiver that works with this remote, you can use the Anderic UC7067FMRX (sold separately).

It depends on the type of receiver (only if the receiver installed does not have dip-switches, does it require remote to have "learn" button). If your receiver inside fan does have dip-switches, the FAN35T will work simply by aligning the dip-switches to match (no need to press learn button to pair). If your receiver has dip-switches, and your original 35T remote does not have dip-switches, but instead, only a Learn button, this remote will not work, you must purchase a new universal kit.
