These are wrapped in individually, factory sealed pouches, one to a package. They are made of 100% medical grade soft silicone and are thus BPA free. Please measure your existing spouts to make sure you are ordering the right size. These spouts measure 2" or 5 cm from side to side directly across the middle of the spout. RETURN POLICY We will be able to accept returns as long as the package is unopened and clean (no sticky fingers on the packaging please).
