Once saturated with moisture, the desiccant will complete the color change to pink. It's important to note that the initial color change does not indicate full saturation. The desiccant will continue to absorb moisture until reaching 50%RH. We recommend periodically checking the silica gel desiccant to ensure their effectiveness.
- 【Great Absorbing Capacity】: When used in an air-tight sealed container, our indicating silica gel has a general estimate of protecting up to 30 cubic ft of enclosed storage space for every 40 grams of active gel. You can easily use various containers such as T-Sac tea filters, tea bags, organza bags, muslin bags, mason jars, or women's hosiery to hold the beads and allow them to effectively perform their job.
