No added MSG / No added Preservatives / no artificial colouring / Stove Top Directions : Cooking Directions : Prepare 350 ml.(12 oz.) of water (Sachet # 1 can be used as a measuring cup), 150g. (5.5 oz.) of thinly sliced chicken, 80g.(3 oz.) of eggplants (optional) 1. Bring water, dehydrated herbs (#1) and eggplants to a boil. Simmer for ~3 minutes. 2. Add coconut cream powder (#2) and simmer for ~2minutes. 3.Add Green Curry paste (#3), stir gently until dissolved. Add chicken and simmer for ~45 seconds. 4.Add seasoning sauce (#4), stir well. Turn off the heat. Recipe Tips : 1. Sliced chicken may be substituted with fresh prawns or other meats. Cooking times and amount of water may vary. 2. Too SPICY? To reduce spiciness, take chillies out of sachet #1 or add more coconut milk and chicken. Cooking times apply to 1200 watt microwave oven and are a guide only. HACCP Certified.
