Instructions:

1. Put the thoracic back support on, straighten your back and adjust the brace to your size by pulling the straps. Tighten the straps in such way so you feel no discomfort and secure them using the velcro.
2. Wear the back posture brace for 30-40 minutes a day for the first week. As you get used to the device and your new posture, add 20 minutes each day, until you are satisfied with your results.

- Do not pull the straps too tight to avoid affecting blood circulation.
