After the highly successful CD ""TANGA,"" ""My Time Is Now"" is the second production with the legendary inventor of Latin Jazz. Mario BauzÃ¡ was born in Havana, Cuba, in 1911 and initially learned the clarinet. In 1926 he went to New York to record some Cuban ""danzones"". However, his artistic career changed direction radically when he turned his attention to jazz. He switched from the clarinet to the trumpet and played with Antonio MachÃn and Don Azpiazu.
