Heat Milk: In a separate pan, heat the milk to a simmer. The amount of milk depends on your taste preference; usually, 1/4 to 1/2 cup of milk is suitable for a single cup of coffee.
Dissolve Jaggery: In another small saucepan, combine a small amount of water with the grated or broken jaggery. Heat the mixture on low heat, stirring continuously, until the jaggery dissolves and forms a syrup. If you prefer a sweeter coffee, you can add more jaggery.
