How To Cook Hornworm Chow Add chow to 1 cup of hot tap water Mix thoroughly with a clean fork for 3-5 minutes Pour into a container covering with plastic wrap to hold in moisture and microwave until boils and rises in volume by another third Stir mixture together and cook two more times (until mixure rises by 1/3) Place plastic wrap onto surface of chow to seal it and protect it from contaminates.
