The García-Carrión farming tradition had its origin in Jumilla, Spain centuries ago. Our ancestors who owned the vineyards produced grapes and sold the wine at their own winery. In 1890, Jose García Carrión’s great grandfather built a new winery that was ahead of its time.
The Chardonnay grapes are harvested, and control pressed to obtain the juice. Then the juice will be fermented in the inox tanks, then the wine will be transferred into oak barrels where it will age for 3 months before bottling.
Rich melon and peach aromas with hints of mango, pineapple, and spice. Hints of vanilla from 3 months of oak aging.
Pairs well with a Caprese salad, grilled chicken with herbs, or creamy cheeses.
