Ok this is one awesomely delicious and simple mix!! The chefs of Cookwell & Company use only Hatch Chile's from the famous chile festival town of Hatch, New Mexico. They combine these special chiles with fire roasted tomatillos cilantro and yellow onions all slow simmered in small batches. All you add is the meat. Try it with cubed pork for a delicious simple chile verde, serve with warm tortillas....Yummmmmm
