This Critter Light has an adjustable elastic band that will fit most anyone. The LED lights have two modes: press the button once for a constant beam of light and twice for flashing lights. Press the button a third time and the lights turn off. The bear head measures approximately 2.25" x 3.25" x 1.25". Requires 2 AAA batteries, not included. For ages 3 and up.
