Warranty	B.One Eazy supports almost all infrared devices and it will not control RF devices. Here are some limitations of B.One Eazy: 1. It only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi and is not compatible with 5G Wi-Fi. 2. Infrared signals cannot pass through the wall. You have to place B.One Eazy in line of sight to the device you intend to control and with in 5 meters from the device. 3. Some Infrared Devices may not be available for download from B.One cloud. We recommend you to physically pair the remote using IR learning method defined in the B.One App. 4. You may experience a lot of Wi-Fi disconnects in B.One Eazy if you place Eazy next to a Wi-Fi router or too far from Wi-Fi router. It is always advisable to place B.One Eazy within 5 - 25 feet from your Wi-Fi Router. 5. The voice commands supported by B.One Eazy are also very limited and the entire list of voice commands is available in the FAQs section of our support website. 6. B.One Eazy works only with B.One App and not with any other Apps.
