Troubleshooting
1. Wifi camera is not supported 5Ghz router, only supports 2.4Ghz.
2. Camera needs micro SD card (Max up to 32GB) to record and playback the video and this box is not included. But you can view without micro SD card.
3. Camera is not supported web browser view. 
4. The ethernet cable in box is for backup method: when you try to wireless connection and fail to make it you can use ethernet cable to connect firstly and then on the network setting, change the wired into wireless connection as a result of wireless connection.
