Our clamping hubs offer a cheap way to attachÂ hub mount gearsÂ orÂ wheelsÂ to aÂ shaft.Â Clamping hubs offer several advantages over set screw hubs.Â First, they do not damage the shaft which they are attached.Â Second, they offer more holding power in high torque applications.Â The disadvantage is that they are not as equally balanced for high speed use.Â The side clamping machine screw is 6-32 and accepts aÂ 7/64" hex key.Â These clamping hubs work with ourServoBlocks.
